Check out this new mattress designed by college students. It makes CPR faster and more efficient in hospitals. Search for "CPR Mattress" on YouTube

No trans fats at all, minimal saturated fats and lots of mono unsaturated fats. Decrease carbs...that may mean less rice...depending on your total carb intake.

Actually, they were proven to be misleading and this has been discussed for a couple of decades now by those without a full understanding. Diabetic ketoacidosis should not be confused with dietary ketosis. DKA has to do with a lack of insulin and can be dangerous for Type 1 or 2 diabetics.Dietary ketosis is a condition achieved with the voluntary restriction of carbohydrates and carries with it no risk....as long as it's temporary.

Thanks for posting your video. Have you read these articles yet? "Chen T, et al. The Lancet 2006;367:958"and "Shah P, et al NEJM 2006;354(1):97-8"Do you have any remarks regarding the increased ketoacidosis risk that ensues from burning fat as a primary energy source? There were some life-threatening case reports of such with Atkins..Thanks
