I have to agree with you. watching that doctor shout and then ramble on and not be specific is enough to raise anyone's blood pressure. My doctor rambled so much he ended up giving me the wrong prescription. Doctors over reaction always causes my blood pressure to shoot up when I have it checked.

Great video! Taking control of our health is a must! Hypertension is one of the leading causes of kidney failure (behind diabetes).
