Rare at a young age, though the process starts in us all when we are born. It's more of a problem as we get older and diet is the only preventative plan.

If you're talking about a CAT scan of the heart and the coronary artery...I think it's a great idea.

Note we are talking about heart disease, not heart attack. So, the question is: what signs in a human suggest they may be suffering from the ongoing process that leads to heart disease. That's different than a heart attack.
