There are so many natural alternatives for healing psoriasis...no need for drugs that just suppress the symptoms and then cause more problems later. You can check out caycecures . com to find some really good alternative treatments. Also, if you live anywhere near Virginia Beach, VA then you can visit the Heritage Store in person. I have known many people to successfully treat their psoriasis naturally. IT CAN BE DONE!!!

e330 made my skin ich, but only for a few days.i've noticed that when i lowered my glutten intake that my skin improved a bit. so i try to avoid it.i've noticed that after i did a apple diet for a few days that my skin stopped/slowed down.but i couldn't handle eating only apples for more then a few days. had to eat something.am currently trying to replace potatoes with tomato's. for me it's having a positive effect.but it's hard to avoid chips when you get it slapped in you're face >.>

I had problems with my gastro digestive parts since i was born and that is what developed my psoriasis. could've avoided it but it too late now. That was just a lack of knowledge. The thing is that when your tummy aches you don't expect red rashes on your skalp:) mad world...Anyway, i have week joints too and my doctor says that it could be related to psoriasis, but i don't have any more information. Please Help:)

I use a wet bandage for my plague psoriasis on my lower legs. Not fashionable but it holds a large amount of moisture, seemingly I flare up due to dry skin not diet or stress

You are correct, diet doesn't cause it...until other factors fall into place such as the lack of health in the GI tract. Then foods become problematic. Search "psoriasis food allergy in Medline or Medscape and you will have more info than time to read it.

Can't provide the citations, but if you search Medline or Medscape for "psoriasis food allergy" or "psoriasis leaky gut" or "psoriasis probiotics"...you'll begin to make the right connections and also find the double blind you are looking for.
