I don't think its off key at all. Its perfect blue-note,talkin blues,field-hollaring.I think the problem is that we haven't done it for so long in the mainstream music that we've lost an ear for it. Its an old way of singing that dates back to the old south and Africa. I'll be glad when more people start singing from the soul again and not worry about a (Pop) sound and tricks with their voices. Why don't u look at my favorites and listen to some of the old blues that I have.

At what point in time was perfect diction a part of hip hop? Hip hop has always played on irony and humour - mis-spelt titles and so on.In fact can you explain to everyone why you are jumpa01 instead of jumper01? I suppose paying attention in school ought to extend to the written word.
