This guy needs to clarify a few things. He's right, but this only applies if you want to burn fat. For endurance purposes, you might want to just do a regular warm up. It all depends.

i dont agree with this.......... try 10mins on treadmil then abs and squats everytime you enter the gym..... after that do either back and chest or shoulders and arms..... then 40min swim after every workout.... you WILL gain lean muscle and burn fat..... do this 4 times a week

actually per pound you lose. 60% is muscle, 40% is fat. why what he says works is because after you lift weights, your body is in an anabolic?( correct me if i'm wrong. it's either anabolic or catybolic) state so the body will retain more protein than fat so you will burn more fat rather than muscle. so it won't deplete or destroy muscles. it will skip over the protein and delve right into the fat
