You've changed MY mind, Malcolm! I've read your book and am enormously grateful for all the work you put into it. You have a hilarious sense of humor AND all the irrefutable facts you present are backed up. I love your book, eggs, steak, butter, coconut oil, bacon... and you ain't too bad yourself. :)

I don't know thise in power, but we are interested in documenting the causes and treatment of "heart diseases". 2 points - Cholesterol is not a cause and may be beneficial!Statins are probably very damaging and certainly not suitable for primary prevention.

Very, very interesting comments about social dislocation. Isolation has already been identified as a huge factor in heart disease (literally dying of a broken heart) so this idea would follow on.In an ideal world what would those in power do with this information? |
