Hi doctor im 17 and when I go out to an event, such as a field trip I always get an urgent need to go to the bathroom and it results in diarrhea can you please explain why this happens and how to treat it? Thank you.

You got me on that one. But if I had to guess, it doesn't solve your GI tract problems. My protocol will.

Google "calcium rich foods" for a list of the best sources of calcium. You can get all the calcium you ned from plant based foods and also you can add a supplement made from the best source of calcium: microcrystalline hydroxyapetite.

I see gluten in every bread in my frig. Is it that hard to find bread without it? Should you eliminate fructose first? Also my veggie burgers have soy in them. I guess that is another food to stay away from.

Be careful, I don't recommend it. I say stop all "milk" products from any animal. Solve your GI problems using a protocol like mine and then you can enjoy any yogurt and other foods you think cause symptoms.
